Psalm 100 it was---already bookmarked with a card from Joyce Ann!

My ESV Bible labels it A PSALM FOR GIVING THANKS!

• Serve the Lord with gladness. Come into His presence with singing! (v. 2)
• Enter His gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! (v.4a)
• Give thanks to him; bless his name! (v.4b)

Thankful Thursday is here. The 4th Thursday in November is probably the penultimate "Thankful Thursday" for Americans.

I have been "shooting" prayers for family, friends and neighbors all day as God brings folks to mind. Gratitude is heart filling!

A great verse reminder to give thanks throughout the year---not just on Thanksgiving Day!

Dickens says we Americans have it backwards---we should spend 364 days a year being thankful and set aside one day only for griping and complaining.
