Dr. Donald Wagner, University of Memphis Dean of College of Education, Health and Human Sciences, honors hubby, Larry, as one of the 20 outstanding COE graduates from the past 100 years. The founding program of UM dates back to 1912, when West Tennessee State Normal School first opened its doors to students.
