GRADUATION: KINDERARTEN STYLE

KDG GRADS----SO MUCH STILL TO LEARN! Yet, so fun to watch the event---when it's one of your grands!

Invitations were digital but appreciated.

Kids' sensibilities were respected! When names were called by the teacher to receive one's diploma, they could be last in line and choose to give a hug or a "high five" to principal/teacher.
Guess who fit all aspects of those choices?

May we, Lord, as loving family of our young ones, share your steadfast love. May we also show gratitude for the teachers who care for and spend hours of planning for the individual lessons needed per child.

Father God, You know the plans You have for them. "Grace plans" from tears to shed and struggles to experience in order to trust you more and serve others well. We might have to keep our knees-bent for many years ahead to keep our over-controlling hands off.....choosing to embrace and encourage instead.

Today's graduation bulletin had more than only the schedule for the service!

It had an eye-opening salute to the next graduation for these kids
A reminder to embrace our moments with our youngsters as many of us are in a season of life that might hinder our attendance in 12 years!

SATURDAY NIGHT S’MORES & SURPRISES!

Some things are worth staying out past 8pm for on a Saturday night!
Food and a family movie were a great beginning capped off with the perfect dessert!
S’MORES😋

Wait there’s more……
What a thrill⁉️ What are the chances⁉️…… Just around the corner having supper at Anthony’s were Garrett, son of long time dear friends, Sam & Suzie & his wife Courtney❣️ I taught Courtney when she was 4 yrs. old & in pre-school.
The Lord knew I needed a lift & He gave me a BIG ONE‼️
Faithful is He……. this Saturday night and beyond.
(Deuteronomy 7:9, Deuteronomy 32:4, Psalm 33:4, Hebrews 13:5–6)

A double rainbow!

WWOW for  Wednesday's Words Of Wisdom from God's Word.
When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth. (Genesis 9:16)

Signage

Signage communicates. Visual/graphic messaging.
Banners flap with messages all over Memphis. Selling cars. Heralding new art exhibits. Promoting festivals in the park.
Wine TastingsSunrise Yoga.  Twilight Tuesday Free Movies.
Text and graphics = more than visual redundancy. It triggers remembrance.

Celebrations of all kinds.

But..... 80 years of faithfulness. Now that sign speaks volumes.
Know therefore that the LORD your God is God, the faithful God  who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations,
(Deuteronomy 7:9)
"Great is Thy faithfulness"...........for 80 years and beyond. An eternal celebration!
