The rule is---"No Reading While Walking!"

Now there's a hard rule to enforce! Especially when our young bibliophile, Lucy,  comes from a family full of teachers and a librarian. A librarian who loves Mr. Putter and Tabby books, especially when the title is Mr. Putter and Tabby Dance the Dance.
