Even as one's hair grays, eyesight diminishes so you don't know you have "bedhead," body jiggles as you try to find your core, memory lapses cause missteps & your balance topples you in "zumba gold" classes, one is still not too old to make the right choices.
Especially as one ages in this "dance of life."
Fitness is a good choice. (1 Corinthians 6:19)
